RENTAL PROCESS
Thanks so much for your interest in booking one of our properties. Kindly understand that your request to book does not guarantee you the rental.

Once we received your booking request, we will be in touch within 24 hours and either accept or decline your booking. During that time frame, no money is being held by us and your credit card is not being charged.

If we are able to move forward with your booking request, we will send you a rental agreement by email. Once it’s been electronically filled out/signed by you as well as agreed to by us, we will charge your credit card and confirm your booking by email. 25% of the net rent will be due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior arrival.

If we are not able to move forward, your booking request will automatically expire after 24 hours and you will receive an email from us.

PLEASE NOTE
1) The person paying will need to sign the rental agreement
2) We accept Visa and MasterCard
3) We have a no party, no pet and no smoking policy 
4) We only accept as many guests (incl. day visitors) as the unit lists to sleep 
5) For adult only groups, we may not agree to as many people as the unit lists to sleep 
6) We do require a refundable security/damage deposit (details are spelled out in the rental agreement)
7) Although we do consider renting our homes for 4 (four) nights during certain times of the year, we may require up to 7 (seven) nights in some cases depending on demand and/or how the dates fit into the calendar

INSURANCE
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link with the option to purchase travel insurance. Coverage protects your vacation investment up to 100% for reasons like illness, injury, natural disasters, travel delays and more.
