Location That Feels Unreal! You’re quite literally steps from the sand. Stores and restaurants in easy walking distance. House was clean and beautiful. 2 car garage made parking a breeze. Plenty of room for 4 couples. Comfortable beds, beach chairs, blankets and toys to use. Gorgeous views from all levels of the house. Communication with host was outstanding. Definitely will book this home in future.

I cannot express how wonderful this property was for our family of 6 Thanksgiving reunion!! The beach house was well appointed and beautifully decorated. The location was steps from the beach/boardwalk and not much farther to Sail Bay. Tons of restaurants nearby and a large grocery store was just a 15-20 min walk. But what really made the stay a joy was the Pacific Sands Vacation Managers Nicole and Doro! Their communication before, during and at check-out was hands down the best I've ever had renting homes. Thanks for everything!

A home away from home. We’ve stayed in SD quite a few times and this has been our favorite. Love the patio and decor. Layout is great and nice quality. Truly felt like a home.
