No pets & no smoking
Please note that this is a booking inquiry and not an instant booking. While we do our very best to accommodate all requests, there may be rare occasions where the requested dates do not align well with our existing calendar. In such cases, we may kindly ask to adjust your dates or suggest alternative options if available.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A $500 refundable damage deposit is required
BOOKING PROCESS
Once we receive your booking inquiry, we will send you a rental agreement via email for electronic signature. After the agreement has been completed and approved, we will process the required deposit and confirm your reservation. Please note that no charges will be made until the rental agreement has been signed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
25% deposit of the room rate is due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed)
The remaining balance is due:
30 days prior to arrival for stays of up to 7 nights
45–60 days prior to arrival for longer stays
Please note that all payments are non-refundable once made. For added peace of mind, we offer the option to purchase travel insurance, and details will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
