The 1st payment of 25% of the net rent amount/total room rate is due upon reservation (once the rental agreement is signed and approved). Once paid, the reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
The 2nd payment of the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
For reservations up to 7 nights, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For reservations 8-14 nights, the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
For reservations 15 nights and more, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If guests cancel after the latest payment due date, the full net rent amount/total room rate plus 10.5% tax for the full rent amount/total room rate will become NON-REFUNDABLE.
We highly recommend that guests consider trip cancellation insurance.
