Pacific Sands Vacations, Inc is a boutique style vacation rental company that has been managing upscale vacation homes since 2010. Our beautiful and well-maintained vacation homes along the Pacific Sands in San Diego are wisely chosen offering an upmost cleaning standard & highest comfort. It is our mission to provide an excellent all-around experience, making our guests feel at home away from home in any of our properties.

Nicole, the owner, is involved in every step of managing each vacation home. She and her professional, experienced, dedicated and caring team take great pride in the exceptional services provided.

Nicole

I am originally from Germany and moved to San Diego about 20 years ago. After getting my MBA and working in real estate for some time, I quickly realized that property management suits my skills and interests very well. I opened my business in 2010 and ever since, PSV has become part of me. I personally play a large role in all aspects of the company from marketing, advertising, management, quality control, guest and owner services, vendor and cleaning coordination to accounting. I have the most dedicated team that cares about our homes and guests just as much as I do. We have been working together since the beginning of PSV and share the same vision and commitment. Our high standards have never compromised and I am grateful to have a team that feels like family to me.
