Our NANTASKET GETAWAY #715B is a 2 unit, luxurious 6 bedroom & 4 1/2 bathroom beach retreat and will take your breath away. It is one of the nicest homes you will find in Mission Beach. Both units have their separate entrances and can be connected through kitchen door on the first level.
This is the perfect get-away for a family (for up to 16 people and 2 babies that can sleep in a crib / pack n play) or a small group of adults only/mature friends (up to 8 people). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

AMENITIES
This stunning beach house offers nice furniture as well as finest appliances/amenities. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, big screen TV in the living room, TV in some of the bedrooms, central heating (no AC), cable TV, high speed internet, spacious garage and washer/dryer.
Linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, 2 high chairs, a crib and 2 pack 'n plays are provided for your convenience.
SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

The living area features a spectacular light & open floor plan and opens through a pocket door to a spacious furnished balcony. The pocket door completely slides into the wall which gives this entire second level an amazing "beachy" feel.

LOCATION
The house is located in the heart of Mission Beach, walking distance from fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. These include, but are not limited to: Santa Clara Point on Mission Bay with rentals of sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Just down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with a roller coaster and other park rides, video games, two wave houses and restaurants.
PLEASE NOTE
For "friend"/"adult only" groups we can agree to 8 people max and all must be over 35 years old. We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy. Due to suffering from severe allergies, we would very much appreciate if people that plan to bring a service pet try to find a place that is pet friendly (please!).
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.
BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you a rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you signed the rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior arrival. Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.
