STEPS TO THE BEACH WITH ROOF DECK
This wonderful beach retreat with stunning roof-deck is the upper of a two unit home. Located just one house off the ocean this house offers everything you possibly need for a comfortable and fun vacation by the beach.
Our Tangiers home is the perfect get-away for a group up to 8 people (5 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

ENTRANCE LEVEL
You enter on the 2nd floor into a nice and bright open floor plan. The living room features a large LCD TV and spectacular views of the beach and boardwalk. You can people watch from the comfort of your couch. Off the living room is a master suite with king size bed, vaulted ceiling and private bathroom. Off of the newly remodeled kitchen is a full size washer/dryer, bathroom and second bedroom with bunk beds (full and twin).
TOP LEVEL
Go up the stairs to the third bedroom which is also a master suite with a queen bed, couch and private bathroom, perfect for a couple looking for early morning views and late night stargazing. French doors open to very large deck, with table, chairs and BBQ. While it’s beautiful to wake up to this incredible view, the deck is big enough to accommodate the whole group for a nice gathering to watch the sunset or enjoy a meal from the grill with an afternoon BBQ. With views stretching north to La Jolla, south to Point Loma and east over Mission Bay, this is the perfect place to enjoy watching a pod of dolphins, a beautiful ocean breeze and the Sea World fireworks show each night!

Enjoy the luxury of a nice big TV in living room and in one of the Master bedroom's, WiFi, ceiling fans, central air conditioning and heating, hairdryers, iron & ironing board. You will love the convenience of the keyless-code locks so you don't need to worry about keys.
KIDS EQUIPMENT
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have provided kid’s equipment such as a pack n play, compact crib and a high chair.
BEACH EQUIPMENT
For beach fun you can find nice beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards.
SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.
PARKING
Roomy 2 car, side-by-side garage (large enough for a minivan, or large SUV, plus a small sedan. Garage size is 7’ high; 18’ deep; 15’9 wide.
LOCATION
Our Tangiers Duplex is situated west of Strand Way, in the heart of North Mission Beach. The house is just steps to the boardwalk and the sand - there is no road or alley to cross. Walk out the front door and your feet will be in the sand within seconds. Being one house off the boardwalk allows for more privacy yet you are close enough to watch all beach activities and listen to the sound of the waves.
Hang out in the lap of comfort at Tangiers, or hit the town and enjoy the nearby:
- Water-sports – SUP, kayaking and sailing on Sail Bay across the street;
- Boogie boarding, surfing and sunsets just outside your door to the west;
- Sunrise and quiet strolls around Mission Bay;
- Coffee houses, shopping, restaurants, craft beer eateries, and nightlife are all a walk away;
- Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo are 15-20 away;
- Sea World is a 5 minute drive and Belmont Park is one mile south;
- Brilliant coastal hikes and tide-pooling are a few miles to the north and south;
- There are miles of boardwalk for biking, running, walking and skating.

For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you a rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you signed the rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior arrival. Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.
