STEPS FROM THE BEACH
This wonderful 3 bedroom beach retreat is located just one house off the ocean and offers everything you possibly need for a comfortable and fun vacation by the beach.

This is the lower unit of a two unit home and suitable for a family of 7 people (5 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

LAYOUT
Enter on the 1st floor to living room featuring a dining room table, 2 comfortable leather couches, mounted LCD TV, and spectacular views of the beach and boardwalk. You can people watch from the comfort of your couch!

1st LEVEL
The 1st floor patio is big enough to accommodate the whole group for a nice gathering to watch the sunset or enjoy a meal from the grill with an afternoon BBQ. Off the living room is a full bathroom and bedroom with king size bed.

2nd LEVEL
Go up the stairs to the master suite with vaulted ceilings, queen bed and full bathroom.

3rd LEVEL
Go up the second flight of stairs to the third "Crow's Nest" bedroom which features a bunk bed (twin and full), bathroom with shower and deck that is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while you watch the waves. There is a private balcony, with table and chairs with views into La Jolla and Point Loma. Please note that the top level bunk bedroom does not offer AC. This level is NOT suitable for small kids.

AMENITIES
You will love the convenience of the keyless-code locks so you don't need to worry about keys. The property is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and offers high speed internet. Linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair, pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.

PARKING
Roomy 2 car, side-by-side garage (large enough for a minivan, or large SUV, plus a small sedan. Garage size is 7’ high; 18’ deep; 15’9 wide. In addition there is a big parking spot along the house that fits a large SUV.

SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

LOCATION
The Tangiers property is situated west of Strand Way, in the heart of North Mission Beach. The house is just steps to the boardwalk and the sand - there is no road or alley to cross. Walk out the front door and your feet will be in the sand within seconds. Being one house off the boardwalk allows for more privacy yet you are close enough to watch all beach activities and listen to the sound of the waves. 

Hang out in the lap of comfort at Tangiers, or hit the town and enjoy the nearby:
- Water-sports – SUP, kayaking and sailing on Sail Bay across the street;
- Boogie boarding, surfing and sunsets just outside your door to the west;
- Sunrise and quiet strolls around Mission Bay;
- Coffee houses, shopping, restaurants, craft beer eateries, and nightlife are all a walk away;
- Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo are 15-20 away;
- Sea World is a 5 minute drive and Belmont Park is one mile south;
- Brilliant coastal hikes and tide-pooling are a few miles to the north and south;
- There are miles of boardwalk for biking, running, walking and skating.

Occupancy limit (incl. visitors) = 7 people (5 adults max)
For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old.

We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.

We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.

Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

This is the lower of a two unit property. If you wish to also rent the upper unit please search for #711 on our site.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
We require a $500 refundable damage deposit.

BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you a rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you signed the rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior arrival. Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.
