STRANDHAUS LIVING - MID TERM (31 NIGHTS MIN)
This wonderful BAYFRONT beach home with its 7 bedrooms and spectacular views will never want to make you leave the beach. Located right on Mission Bay, this is the perfect home for up to 10 people (6 adults max).

DETAILS
This charming 3,000 square foot, 2-unit vacation retreat with its spacious patio and balcony is the perfect place for a relaxing stay-cation right on the water in sunny San Diego. Watch your children play in the sand while you cook dinner or while you sit on the patio by a glass of wine. This is the perfect spot for family retreats where everyone is together but yet has their own space if needed. The house offers two separate entrances, one with 3 bedrooms (lower unit) and the other with 4 bedrooms (upper unit). 

AMENITIES
Linens, towels, various supplies, beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

LOWER UNIT
The lower unit features a nice open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, big TVs in living as well as Master bedroom, cable, high speed Wi-Fi and a private furnished patio right on the boardwalk. This unit does not offer AC but nice ceiling and standing fans.

UPPER UNIT
The upper level unit features 1,600 sq.ft. living space, 4 bedrooms (incl. DEN) and 2 bathrooms. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, big TVs in living and Master bedroom, cable, high speed Wi-Fi. This unit does not offer AC but nice ceiling and standing fans.

PARKING
2 car garage (fits mid-size SUV and mid-size sedan).
2 car narrow tandem parking (7 wide and 37 feet long): The parking for this unit is along the house wall. We can only have you park one midsize SUV and one midsize sedan. You can not park a big SUV here (such as Expedition, Tahoe, Suburban, Sequoia or Yukon. Walking to the side of the car needs to be assured or you need to find street parking. Please plan accordingly.

LOCATION
Located at 3263-3265 Bayside Walk, this vacation home will capture your heart. Its location is absolutely priceless. Step outside and your feet are in the sands of Mission Bay; walk 2-3 minutes west and you are surfing the blue Pacific. 

Centrally located in South Mission Beach, this wonderful vacation home is in walking distance to fun beach activities, bike rental stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Belmont Park with its famous Roller coaster is only one block away. Easy access to freeways. ONLY 5 minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, Downtown and Balboa Park.

PLEASE NOTE
For "friend"/"adult only" groups we can agree to 6 people max and all must be over 35 years old. We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.

We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.

Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a $2,000+ refundable damage deposit - depending on length of stay.

BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you a rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you signed the rental agreement.
