One of the great pleasures of this beautiful condo is the ocean breeze and subtle sound of crashing waves at night with the feeling of privacy. The unit faces Chelsea St. which is popular for bikers, joggers and beautiful homes.
OPEN FLOOR-PLAN
This spacious 1,015 sq ft home offers an open floor-plan with lots of seating throughout. The living area is set up with a very comfortable couch and ottoman perfect for lounging, 55-inch smart TV, leather chair, fireplace as well as a second very comfortable couch/bed to use as a third bed option. The balcony in the living room has two opposing sliding doors that open onto a comfortable furnished balcony overlooking the ocean and sunsets.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you possibly might need. The kitchen island is a great place to prepare meals together.
BEDROOM
The bedroom is set up with a Sleep Science 13" King Mattress with adjustable power base. Enjoy finest linens and a European duvet cover. This can be changed per request (prior to check-in) to 2 split extra-long twin beds. The bedroom has a standard closet as well as a separate walk-in closet, a second adjustable work from home desk, and Smart TV.
WORKING FROM HOME
The condo is perfect for working from home. Lots of desk and counter options to work from throughout the house. There is a great desk with office chair and a printer to use, a wonderful lounge spot at the kitchen counter and an adjustable desk area by the window facing north/west overlooking the ocean. Here you can sit or stand while working on your computer.
KIDS EQUIPMENT
We offer a nice high chair (Nunzybaby with 5-point safety belt) and a portable crib (with nice mattress, sheets and baby blanket) to assure most comfort for your baby. Please request if needed. The crib is "DaVinci Dylan Folding Portable 3-in-1 Convertible Mini Crib and Twin Bed in White, Greenguard Gold Certified, 40.35"L x 25.08"W x 40.9"H.
AMENITIES
Enjoy the luxury of high speed internet, YouTube TV and a new washer and dryer. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
HEATING/AC
Enjoy the luxury of a wall AC/heating unit in the bedroom and a fireplace in the living room. No central heating. We are happy to provide portable fans for extra cooling or heating in the rare event that it is needed.
SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.
PARKING
There is one parking spot (fits SUV) in the garage and free street parking is available. There is an entrance to the complex from Chelsea St. which provides a private feeling entrance to the unit. There is bike and surfboard storage available in the parking garage.
LOCATION
The location could not be better. Nice coffee shops, bakeries, surf shops, numerous restaurants, wellness studios and bars as well as convenience and grocery stores are just steps away. Walk to the shops, the beach, start your bike tour, go surfing, watch the sunset, go to the Calumet Park all from your front door.
COMMON AREA
The recreation room has a pool table and limited weight equipment, and the common deck area has lounge chairs as well as a fire pit.

Max occupancy = 3 people (2 adults max) plus baby under 2 years old
No smoking, no pets.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
We require a $1,000+ refundable damage deposit. The amount depends on the time frame.
BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you a rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you signed the rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior arrival. Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.
